It's a great place for our local events!! I was there the other night to see the Shriners Circus! And it was awesome! If you missed it, you missed out on a special event that was great for the whole family! Amazing acts and they also had animal rides!!
Pretty good staff and got close lower level tickets for $170 for 2 tickets it was so worth it to see the wwe wrestlers up close and I will be coming back here someday
Not a bad seat in the house type venue. Tour sound was great, helpful staff to get us to our seats. Only suggestion is a designated area for ride sharing services.
Freedom Hall is such a great venue to see live acts. It‘s big enough to get the roar of a crowd and small enough to feel like it's an intimate show.
Great venue. Attended a concert with Cain, We the Kingdom and Zach Williams. Not a bad seat in the house. Concert was fantastic. Settled in the mountains of East Tennessee, great ride and views to the concert. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place for events in terms of size and area..but getting in to the hall is hard, first down a lot of steps and then up a lot of steps. The bathrooms are terrible, they didn't have any toilet paper or the doors wouldn't lock, and are not clean. It's also hard to find your way around inside.
I was part of a ninth grade graduating class the year freedom hall opened, I’ve been attending events there ever since! Every rock band that came there in the 70s and early 80s, and I guess nearly 1000 events over a period for 50+ years!
I went to the WWE SuperShow last night and I was very impressed with how the staff and security handled everything. I've been to quite a few other venues but this venue stood out because of their staff friendliness and ability to answer questions, not to mention how well organized parking and admission were!
